MAFS UK fans call for show to 'send groom home' over 'vile' behaviour

Married at First Sight UK fans have called for one particular groom to be kicked off the show after his explosive meltdown in tonight's episode.

Steven and Nelly's romantic journey on MAFS UK hasn't been the smoothest so far in the process - and things went from bad to worse tonight at the latest dinner party. After Nelly told the other brides that Steven decided to head to the pub with his friends when she fell in the bath and fractured her rib, they were less than impressed.

At the dinner party, Julia-Ruth revealed that Steven had made "concerning" remarks about his sex life before the experiment while at the bar and that he had "bragged" about being on the dating app Raya, on which he met a "Z-list" celebrity and slept with them.

Nelly was eventually told about Steven's comments and confronted her groom, resulting in him to lash out at the group. "Why the f*** does it matter what I do? People are starting to f*** me off," he said before storming out of the room. He went on to call the group "c**ts", shocking the MAFS experts who were watching from another room.

After the shocking outburst, many viewers took to social media to call for Steven to be booted from the show - and praising Julia-Ruth for exposing his behaviour.

"Steven’s time on this show is up. Time to send him home," one fan wrote. Another said: "Get Steven off my screen now. #mafsuk."

A third wrote: "Narscistic behaviour by Steven , vile behaviour that the producers and MAFS team should nip in the bud. #MAFSUK He's an absolute monster, but, will always make it look like it's Nelly's fault." While a fourth said: "nelly wasn’t his number 1 priority because his stepdad was ill but… going out on the p**s was?? #MAFSUK

"Leigh and Julia-Ruth you’ve gone up in my rankings for sticking up for Nelly and being the only ones to verbally call out Steven for his s**t behaviour #MAFSUK", another said.

In last night's episode, there was drama for couple Leigh and Leah, with Leigh accusing her wife of flirting with fellow bride Rebecca. During a cast night out, Leah revealed that Rebecca was more her type than Leigh.
