M&S has revealed the exact date its Christmas Food to Order service will open - and it will be launching sooner than you might think.
Festive foodorders can be made starting on September 23, for those looking to plan ahead and get their festive grub organised early this year.
The service allows customers to book and pay for their Christmas dinner and other foodahead of time before collecting it closer to the festive period.
The upmarket chain announced more than 90 “magical masterpieces to make the ultimate Christmas feast” would be available to shoppers in a post on their Instagram.

Other supermarkets have yet to announce the dates they will be opening their Christmas delivery slots.
The 2025 Christmas range from M&S features a host of goodies, from never before seen treats to beloved family favourites.
The retailer has added an American flair to the lineup of its original munch mix with snacks such as the new peanut butter and jelly flavour. The new peanut butter and jelly munch tin will cost £10 for 544g of treats.
The tins feature a mix of chocolate peanut butter cups, fruit flavoured jellies, salted pretzels, milk chocolate coated popcorn, salted caramel white chocolate coated peanuts and white chocolate malt balls.
The new Christmas range of delights also includes the smaller 40g munch mix packs, which have nutty chocolate and orange, as well as peanut, chocolate and caramel flavours.
Some much-loved favourites are also making a return this year including pistachio gnomes, at £5 for 98g, as well as the peppermint bark, costing £10 for 250g.
The massively popular gingerbread and white chocolate cookies are also set to make a return this year, they will come in packs of five and cost £3.25.
The viral cookies have previously been given rave reviews by shoppers who called for the seller to keep them in stock all year round.
Last year shoppers praised them on social media, with one calling them “one of the best supermarket cookies we've ever had".
Love it or hate it, Marmite has been introduced to two of the sweet products M&S is launching this year, bound to be divisive in some households.
The new pecan and salted caramel blondies have been made with a hint of Marmite and layered with fudgy white chocolate blondie and topped with a swirl of salted caramel sauce. These will retail for £5 for 185g.
The chain has also announced a caramel sauce & Marmite which will set you back £3 for 310g perfect for spreading on toast, croissants or waffles.
The store has also announced a new peanut butter & jelly spread at £3.50 for 340g and hot maple syrup, which will cost £5 for 310g.
