Who is eligible for the scholarship?The extended registration applies to students who passed the Class 10 board exam in first division during the years 2022, 2023, or 2024. Additionally, students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) or Scheduled Tribes (ST) who secured a second division in these years are also eligible to apply. The incentive schemes are designed to promote higher education and provide financial aid to students from economically and socially disadvantaged backgrounds.

Complete the registration process if not done already. After registration, you will receive a User ID and Password on your registered mobile number and email.
Log in with the credentials and fill in the scholarship application form with accurate details.
Ensure you have a bank account in your own name, maintained in a nationalised bank, recognized private bank, or India Post Payment Bank, and the bank branch must be located in Bihar.
After submission, take a printout or save the confirmation for future reference. If an eligible student does not complete the registration by September 15, 2025, it will be considered that they are not interested in the scholarship, and no further extension will be given. Students are advised to apply at the earliest to avoid last-minute technical issues.
